Refund policy

 

You have 14 days after receiving your order to seek a refund or exchange. Email us at info@maisondoyenne.com and include your order number and the item you want to return or exchange.

Conditions

These apply to all returns and exchanges.

• Unworn, unwashed
• Original condition, with all tags still attached.
• Returned in its original packing
• Free of perfume, cosmetics, or deodorant marks.

Return & exchange shipping fees will be applied.

 

Exchange

Return the original item to us. Once we receive it and confirm its condition, you can select your replacement, and we will ship it as soon as the exchange is confirmed.

You can exchange it for a different size of the same item or for another item. If the new item costs more, we will send you a payment link for the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference to you.

Exchanges rely on availability. We will issue a refund if the desired size or item is no longer available.

 

Refund

Return the item to us. Once we receive it and confirm its condition, we will complete your refund using your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
